Care Givers

Clare Housing, a non-profit organization providing housing, services and care to persons living with HIV/AIDS, seeks Care Givers to work in adult foster care setting.

Responsible for resident care and services such as housekeeping, meals, personal care and grooming, and medication, transportation and appointment coordination.

Position requires excellent boundaries; consistently good judgment; effective communication skills; poise and tact in working with diverse clients and constituents; physical ability to perform all job-related functions; ability to respond to clients, their families and friends with authority, respect and compassion; ability to work independently and with initiative; patience; flexibility; and skill in working with volunteers. Interest/experience in health care, social services, or HIV/AIDS a plus.
