This year at Clare Housing we made the choice to create a 2014 Annual Report that was a little avantgarde (at least for us!) Instead of publishing a ten page report, we encapsulated our mission, and the impact we’re having thanks to our community of volunteers and donors in a single graphic. That graphic is below!
We hope this infographic really brings home how we’re linking Minnesotans living with HIV/AIDS to housing and healthcare, and how that linkage is in turn helping us work towards our goal of ending AIDS in our State. You can also download a PDF of the full 2014 Annual Report here.
